School Holidays

Holidays are the days where we can set our minds off the books and time for us to relax our minds. Last year, however, was very different from which i had before. This time, the holidays were longer and started even before Deepavali. I had a opportunity to spent a longer period of time in Malaysia, were i celebrate Deepavali. The week i had stayed there were filled with endless joy. I had a chance to visit all my relatives and played fire crackers with my cousins.

Though i had spent many memorable moments there, i did not forget to revise my work and keep up to my standards. I think this is the best way to improve on our academic work. Besides revising my work, i also spent valuable time with my family and had a very good chance to catch up with whatever i had missed out with them.

Thus, holidays, in my opinion, does not only mean freedom to me but also time to catching up with our family. To me, spending holidays in a meaningful and useful manner would help us in building a bright and broader future ahead.
